Salty Hooligan Return Policy
Items purchased online may be returned by mail in their original condition and accompanied by the original packing slip within 30 days.
- Returns after 30 days - If a customer returns product(s) purchased from Salty Hooligan official e-commerce site after thirty (30) days, no credits or exchanges will be issued.
- Salty Hooligan Face Wrap Return Policy: to promote the safety of our customers, neck gaiters and face mask sales are final and non returnable.
- Returns for Paypal Purchases - Please note that purchases made with PayPal may only be returned through the mail.
- We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reason. In the event we elect to honor a refund or exchange without proof of purchase, we will exchange merchandise or issue a merchandise credit based on the lowest historical selling price for the returned merchandise when factoring in all promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons that may have applied.
All product sales are intended for retail/ “end user” customers only, and are not intended for wholesale or redistribution by the purchaser. The resale of any products purchased from any of the Company Retail Stores or the Brands’ e-commerce sites without the express prior written consent of SALTY HOOLIGAN INC, in each instance, is strictly prohibited. For the purpose of enforcement of this policy, no customer may purchase more than a number of products or product styles that SALTY HOOLIGAN determines, in its sole discretion, to be a reasonable number in each circumstance during any 72 hour period without the prior written consent of SALTY HOOLIGAN and may refuse to sell any products to any person that SALTY HOOLIGAN believes, in its sole discretion, intends or endeavors to violate this policy.
Standard Return Shipping
- Mail returns typically require 10-15 business days to process.
- Refunds will be given within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
- Customers will be notified via email when the return has been processed and a credit has been issued to their original form of payment.
How to Submit a Return via Mail in the US
- Merchandise is to be securely packed in the original box, if possible, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package.
- Please enclose the original packing slip/receipt. If you are unable to provide the packing slip/receipt, then you must include the order number, billing name and address.
- Packages should be shipped via USPS with a tracking number. Please retain the return tracking number located on the pre-paid label for your records.
NOTE – Returns via mail will ONLY be accepted for online purchases. All purchases made in store must be returned or exchanged in store.
Online & Phone Purchases Return Policy
This return policy applies to products purchased from saltyhooligan.com and/or its affiliates (“SALTY HOOLIGAN”) under its “SALTY HOOLIGAN” brands (collectively, the “Brands”). SALTY HOOLIGAN provides refunds for purchases made at SALTY HOOLIGAN company official e-commerce site as set forth more fully herein. Pursuant to the terms set forth below, SALTY HOOLIGAN will provide refunds to customers who return products via U.S. Mail unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging (if any), with the tags still attached within 30 days from the date of an online purchase at a Brand’s official e-commerce site.
